1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for products purchased from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Perishable items such as coffee beans and ground coffee are non-refundable if opened or used.
2. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.
